Autumn has begun, the corona numbers are unfortunately rising.

But we are not discouraged by this and have just started our one-year course again, the Drumtrainer Berlin Pro-Training (Certificate of Higher Education).

Once again a very colorful course with drum freaks from England, Germany, Lebanon and Turkey.

The special thing about the new course is that this is the first time we teach this course both in presence and online. So 4 participants are on site in our rooms in Kreuzberg and two more participants from Lebanon and Turkey are online via zoom. Three cameras, studio light and a video switcher make it possible and are now standard in our courses.

The pandemic has changed a lot and we have had to learn a lot.

One lesson we have learned from the situation is that online teaching will now be a permanent feature in the educational landscape.

Not least for reasons of social distance, but not only because of Corona, we will continue to offer the possibility to complete all or part of our pro-training online.

The lockdown has shown us that we can complete both band workshops and exams online and the technical requirements are now relatively simple and easy to implement.

Due to the pandemic situation, we have also revised our didactics course and will hold it from April 2020 in attendance units as well as in online lectures.
